MyTime home deliveries

It doesn’t cost as much as you may think! Our pricing can be tailored to reflect a mileage rate or a per drop rate, dependent of our customers' preference. Pricing is based on how our solution is put together, however we currently offer some of the lowest same day and next day courier tariffs around.

Each home delivery logistics solution is custom developed in line with your preferences and benefits from our existing flexible delivery network.  

We deliver flexible last mile delivery solutions and can utilise existing transport partnerships including Click & Collect and carrier networks. Collect from store or Distribution Centre (DC) options are also available.

It can be very fast, or at a time and date specific to your requirements. Our fastest delivery from store to home is less than 11 minutes!

We need the obvious information such as collection points, delivery profile and details of the goods to be carried. We also need to understand what you are trying to achieve from your home delivery experience; we act as an extension of your brand and as such your needs are paramount.

You can book online or over the phone. For higher volume clients we are integrated with a number of carrier management services and we also have our own middleware solution, CityBridge.

Partner solutions - last mile link

This is a service where we partner with an existing transportation solution to provide an enhanced last mile delivery experience.  We have significant experience in working alongside major 3rd Party Logistics  (3PL) companies and can deliver real value in home deliveries when partnered with other niche experts.

All we need is the introduction to your chosen 3rd party and our project planning team will take care of the rest. Your delivery profile and last mile vision will be coordinated and developed in true partnership with your 3rd party logistic provider.

These are dependent on your requirements. We can provide the expertise to facilitate data transfer using our CityBridge products.

Retail logistics support

We support retailers in many ways that are not always home delivery related. We can assist with store to store stock movement to store replenishment.

This depends on your requirement. We can work from an electronic or physical manifest. Similarly, bookings can be made on an adhoc basis or pre-booked regular routes. We can discuss vehicle size requirements with you when you make your booking.

Our customers can book online or over the phone but if there is an electronic manifest then some integration may be required. We can facilitate this through our CityBridge products.
